Product Description

This rose-like image fairly glows in rich shades of orange, coral, and green against an abstract background in sunset colors. Did you know there are two kinds of cabbage rose - the floral, old-fashioned garden rose, and the vegetable formations of ornamental cabbages and kale! I veered toward the vegetable side when creating this piece, but you can see the floral rose influence in the shapes of the petals.

This original work of art makes a wonderful addition to your art collection. It measures 10 inches wide by 8 inches tall, and looks good displayed either horizontally on vertically. The mixed media elements used include acrylics, torn paper collage, and gel pens on heavyweight, acid-free mixed media paper. The back is signed, dated, and titled by the artist.

Looks best when framed. It will fit in a standard 8x10-inch frame, or you can mat it to fill an 11x14 -inch frame for a presentation that makes a statement.

Please note: Although I have made the images shown here as close in color and hue as possible, due to variations in computer screen adjustment, you may notice some slight difference between the original artwork and the colors on your screen.

Ships by U.S. Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. May be shipped separately when combined with multi-item orders. Please see shop policies for more about shipping, custom orders, and returns.
